How often should a non mixed black female wash her hair?

I have bad dandruff, any perm i have even gotten burn...no matter what, i've tried allllllll the tricks and nothing works. Anyways, like i said i have bad dandruff, and by the time i grease my scalp, its too late so i wash it, blow dry it and flat iron...ALL THE BAD THINGS, i know...so i figure i will do the following IF its okay

Get a major hair cut, nothing above the shoulder though, perm, no more color and wash my hair every 2 to 3 days(with t-gel to keep the dandruff away) and roller wrap my hair.( i just learned how to roller wrap my own head..im sooo proud of myself)

by doing this, will my hair be healthy?

Wash your hair 1-2 times each week. Try rubbing tea tree oil on your scalp and add a few drops to a moisturizing shampoo. Try allowng your hair to dry naturally sometimes. Or after condtioning apply a good cream moisturizer (containing no mineral oil or petrolatum ) and let it air dry or sit under a hooded dryer- the heat will help your hair shaft absorb the moisture.

If you use a flat iron or curling iron invest in a good one - CHI makes t really good ceramic irons.

Be sure any iron you purchase is solid ceramic - avoid ceramic plating. Ceramics help prevent hot spots on the irons that lead to singed hair and breakage

u should wash your hair every week so that your perm won't fade out fast and you will need a touch-up i learned that the hard way. it also prevents alot of split end if you do not use alot of heat on your hair.

the perm may be the cause of all your scalp problems. but if you think it isn't...have you tried cortisone cream? put some on and cover your head with a bag and let it sit for half an hour and rinse it out...leave it in longer if its atrocious...

I would strongly recommend you don't get a perm. Esp if any and every other perm you've gotten burns. Make sure the grease that you use doesn't have mineral oil or petroleum. You can try sulfur 8. they have a dandruff formula and supposedly it helps with hair growth. But to actually answer you're question wash it as often as you need. I know some black females that wash every other day and others every 10 days or so
