Whats the best shampoo for my hair! x x x x x x?

My hair is very thick, curly, and dry/damaged. I have yet to find the best shampoo and conditioner that makes my hair healthy, smooth, and shiny. Any suggestions??

p.s does the new pantene pro-v shine work good?

Do not use over the counter, they are mostly water and wax. You need to get a professioal shampoo and conditioner for dry damaged hair. If your hair is really bad you will need a reconsturctive treatment weekly then less as this gets better. There are some great professioanl ones for that also. I have used KMS gold daily. But there is so many to choice from.

This is how you do the treatment.

Wash your hair then apply the treatment. Place a bag or cap over your head. Use your hair blower to heat up the head then cover with a towel and let it cool slowly. Do not rinse your hair when it is hot, it can break off.

I personally have similar hair and use Pureology Nanotechnology Shampoo and Conditoner but it is mucho $$$ but for a drugstore shampoo use Garnier. I wouldn't use Pantene bc they have the Swiss Seal of Approval and the only way to get that is to test on animals. Sad but true.

I personally have straight hair, but my sis has the exact hair you discribe, plus we work at a pool which drys out your hair soo much. She is in collegde and doesnt have that much money and she buys Hello Hydration (herbelescence) cuz it works and its not too expensive

Omg, I used to have the same exact hair as you. I tried EVRYTHING and I thought my hair was a lost cause but one day my friend told me to try Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine. So I did, and my hair came out of the shower so soft and silky!! My hair is never dry or frizzy anymore. Try it!! It's really affordable and smells great.

By the way: Pantene just waxes over your hair it doesn't really do anything to help it.

garnier fructise. im not sure how to spell it, but you can make it out. anyways, its affordable and it works for and har. it has a variety section for any type of hair.
