So many people do this. First of all, don't even think of doing anything else to your hair for at least 6 months. I'm serious!! If you don't want your hair to break off completely then follow my directions. There are plenty of really expensive products out there that you can spend of fortune on, but if your pocket is light, get Aussie 3 minute miracle, and Tresemme anti breakage shampoo and conditioner. If you don't have to wash your hair everyday, that would help. When you wash your hair use the shampoo and conditioner one day, then the shampoo and Aussie the next time. Leave the Aussie in for a minimum of 10 minutes. Don't use a lot of styling products. You want to use restorative products like leave in conditioners. Whenever you can, put the Aussie in your hair, wrap your hair in plastic or use a plastic cap and leave it in overnight. Rinse the next day. If you have to wear your hair up use a clip..the less pressure you put on the hair the better. Check back with me in 6 months.
