Rinse your hair after washing it , in cold water... and I mean as cold as you can stand it. Do this for a couple of days and you'll see how nice and shiney your hair is. I've been doing it every day for years and have long hair and it looks really nice and healthy and if I say so my self, Beautiful. Try it , you'll like it.
