Everybody commented on how good and healthy I looked when I was pregnant and I did feel really healthy, but since I have had my baby I look pale and my eyes look bloodshot and I don't look so healthy. Even my hair feels worse.

its proboly because while u were pregnant you were concentrated on eating healthy so the baby would be healthy. now you proboly have just gone on a bad diet
