Ok, I have a more than my fair share of hair growing on my arms. If they were light colored they wouldn't be noticable, but they are deep black! I am kinda pale too, so it sticks out. I don't want to shave it, since shaving always iritates my skin. I tired waxing and that left a sore for a week (i only waxed each section once). I don't plan to do any laser treatement. So...I heard about bleaching one's body hair. How does that work? what do I need? Is dying hair healthier than bleaching? Thanks.

both will burn or irritate your skin more then shaving
