How do I get my hair like beyonce?

In the song Irreplaceable I LOVE her hair but my hair is like 3 to 4 inches past my shoulder. I know you have to curl your hair like in this picture:

but how should I take it down, should I curl it after I get a perm or relaxer. When I curl it after the perm or relaxer my hair gets frizzy andI have to grease it.What spray should I use ( that's healthy for my hair) and not have to grease it so my hair will be straight?

It looks like it was lightly curled to me. I would use magnetic rollers and rollerset my hair, then finger comb it down.

you should not be greasing your scalp. That will only clog your scalp pores. If you want straight hair, you will not have Beyonces hair. Do you mean that your hair flies up, but doesn't come down? that is probably because you put too many/much product on it.
